Mark your calendars! The 2027 SPS Symposium is heading to Seattle this August, and we'd love for you to be there.
The Symposium brings together people living with Stiff Person Syndrome, caregivers, clinicians, and researchers for a few days of learning, connection, and shared hope. It's where the latest research meets lived experience, and where our community gets to spend time together.
And there's no better time to visit Seattle. August is one of the city's sunniest, mildest months, with long summer evenings and views of Mount Rainier on clear days. Between sessions, you'll find the waterfront and Puget Sound, Pike Place Market, and a food and coffee scene that's worth the trip on its own. If you're thinking of making a longer visit, the Olympic and Cascade mountains and the San Juan Islands are all within reach.
